The Brief
We love making a couple’s wedding day extra special, so when we were asked to provide bar service for this big day, it was a no brainer!
Our lovely couple were hosting 250 guests at a private house on a nature reserve in the wonderful Beaulieu countryside. They wanted us to make full use of the stunning indoor and outdoor space, running an unlimited bar to make sure their guests were well looked after.
With an impressive party tent at the heart of their wedding, they wanted memorable and delicious cocktails displayed, so they could pull back the curtains for a big reveal with the added wow factor!
The Prep
We organised a site visit and planning session with the couple, the brides’ parents and the wedding planner and worked closely with them to understand what they wanted, to make sure the day ran smoothly.
To take away any stress from the big day, our fantastic team were at the venue to set up two days before the event. We prepared the wine and champagne to be distributed to the tables by waiting staff, as well as 50 espresso martinis and 50 margaritas ready for when the curtain on the party tent was pulled back.
The Bar
We were thrilled to supply an outside bar for welcome drinks, which featured two breathtaking flower arrangements, shown off beautifully by lovely fresh white linen tablecloths. As well as a sleek modern inside bar, which perfectly complemented the style of the party tent.
We provided unlimited bar service for all 250 guests, including 3 different unlimited cocktails, and provided all glassware and ice, keeping the drinks nice and cool using a refrigerated trailer.
Clear-up was completed two days after the wedding, so our couple didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The Drinks
Welcome drinks
Our couple wanted to serve a light refreshing drink to welcome their guests to the wedding, so we supplied 200 glasses of Aperol Spritz, which went down really well with everyone!
Unlimited drinks
We offered a fantastic selection of wine, beers and soft drinks to cater for everyone, as well champagne to toast the happy couple.
Cocktails
The unlimited espresso martini and margarita cocktails we provided were a big hit! They were perfect for the big reveal in the party tent and everyone really enjoyed them!
