Founded in 2015 by Stuart Bennett, Winchester Bar Services has grown from a small garage start-up to one of the South’s leading bar hire companies.
We partner with organisers of events of all types and sizes, including corporate functions, weddings and parties, village fetes, sporting events and festivals, providing high quality and interesting products with unparalleled service. Wherever possible, we like to work closely with small businesses and suppliers to help us deliver a truly unique experience for your guests, though can also supply more mainstream products should you require this.
Our Director, Stuart often oversees the licensable activities at most of the events we are involved with. As the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) for Winchestival, he also has an excellent working relationship with the police licensing officer.

Stuart set up Winchester Bar Services in 2015, drawing on his 25+ years of experience in the industry. He has run a huge range of events from festivals to garden parties, so it’s fair to say he knows his stuff when it comes to bar hire!

Greg spent years running pubs in London but now brings his years of experience and expertise to Winchester Bar Services team. He's our cocktail expert and chief tech guy!

Greg D has been with us since September 2022. He has extensive experience in the industry, including as Bar Manager at The Wickham Arms in Winchester. He’s organised and hardworking, which makes him an excellent problem solver!

Holly is one of our longest serving bartenders. Her friendly and approachable attitude makes her an integral member of the team, delivering only the highest levels of customer service.

Kat is one of our hardworking, friendly and popular bartenders who has worked at some of our busiest events over the years.

Roxy is the youngest member of our team. She got stuck in making cocktails on her first shift and has been an asset to us ever since!
