Free Bar Hire

You can hire our mobile bar, fully stocked and staffed including all bar sundries for your event absolutely free.

To use our free bar hire service, you must have over 100 adults in attendance and be able to meet the minimum bar spend of £1500.

There will be a one-off fee of £30 for a Temporary Event Notice should you require one.

To secure a booking we will require a deposit of £250+VAT which will be returned to you after the event if the event goes ahead, the terms on the booking form are adhered to and the minimum spend has been met.

Payment options to suit your event

We now offer three payment options

The Pay Bar – This is where the guests pay for their own drinks for the entire event.

The Free Bar – This is where the host pays for all the drinks for the entire event. A deposit per person may be required

The Tab Bar – This is where a certain amount of money is put behind the bar and when this runs out then the guests pay for their own drinks.
